What you will do

• Analyze the accuracy and timeliness of Risk Operations QA work.
• Perform control and audit evaluations for Payments, Payroll, and Banking products.
• Create action plans and implement ongoing monitoring for high-risk processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive QA reviews and remediation plans.
• Present findings and strategic ideas to tactical and strategic leadership.
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies within risk operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Fintech, Banking, QA, Audit, or Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to integrate AI options to balance business objectives and customer experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve processes.
• Experience with process excellence methodologies and systemic thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or other professional designations.
