What you will do

• Lead client engagements focusing on front-to-back operating model design, process optimization, and technology enablement for investment banks and broker dealers.
• Apply deep expertise in post-trade operations, including trade capture, clearing, settlements, asset servicing, and collateral management.
• Translate complex post-trade operations concepts into practical business solutions for senior technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Analyze the impact of market evolution, such as T+0 and continuous settlements, on trade lifecycles and booking models.
• Identify and expand client opportunities through account knowledge, proposal development, and strategic relationship building.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate consultants and managers while contributing to firm-wide recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets.
• Direct working knowledge of post-trade operations and platforms such as Broadridge, Murex, Calypso, or ION Markets.
• Proven ability to originate new business opportunities and create new revenue streams.
• Based in or near New York with the ability to commute to client sites within the metro area.
• Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, etc.).
