What you will do

• Evaluate front-to-back trade flows to identify data standardization issues and manual touchpoints.
• Design Target Operating Models to improve operational efficiency, control, and scalability.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop automated solutions and leverage AI/Data Science capabilities.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Manage assessment workstreams, including data collection and deliverable quality.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, Corporate and Investment Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Deep working knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (order management, clearing, settlement, reconciliation).
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operational, regulatory, and technology infrastructure.
• Familiarity with post-trade market infrastructure such as DTCC and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level stakeholder engagement.
