Salary: $182,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team with end-to-end ownership of design, development, and deployment.
• Oversee the design of autonomous, independently deployable services to ensure a scalable and modular control plane.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code to streamline delivery.
• Ensure system stability by implementing resilience patterns and resolving complex performance bottlenecks.
• Partner with architects and product managers to define service boundaries and enforce API standards.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software experience, including 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Advanced proficiency with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and modern security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.

• Experience applying GenAI and Agentic Systems within distributed microservices architectures.
