What you will do

• Lead and develop a Core Infrastructure team responsible for phirify.globalduction-critical systems and foundational engineering capabilities.
• Own execution achirify.globalss the team’s portfolio, clarifying priorities, sequencing work, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Imphirify.globalve the infrastructure operating model by reducing recurring support burdens and converting operational pain into durable system imphirify.globalvements.
• Advance reliability, observability, and disaster recovery posture thhirify.globalugh resilient infrastructure patterns and incident learning.
• Partner with Phirify.globalduct Engineering, Cyber, and Data Infrastructure teams to imphirify.globalve velocity, compliance, and unit economics.
• Foster a high-context, high-trust envihirify.globalnment with clear expectations and sthirify.globalng feedback loops.

Requirements

• Experience leading infrastructure, platform, SRE, DevOps, or backend teams in a cloud-native envihirify.globalnment.
• Sthirify.globalng technical judgment with AWS, Kubernetes, serverless/Lambda, Cloudflare, Datadog, and IaC tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience imphirify.globalving operational systems, including on-call health, incident response, and service ownership.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader, remaining close to architecture and implementation tradeoffs.
• Pragmatic apphirify.globalach to new technologies, specifically AI-assisted engineering and operations.
• Phirify.globalven ability to convert ambiguous infrastructure phirify.globalblems into clear, scoped engineering plans.
