Sr. Director of Employer Sales (Healthcare): Leading the strategy, growth, and execution of national employer sales for the mid-market segment with an accent on market expansion and high-performing sales leadership. Location: Remote (USA). Corporate roles are not available for candidates based in AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, and WI.
Salary: $197,849 – $227,413 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the strategy, growth, and business outcomes for the mid-market employer segment (1,000+ employees).
- Lead and develop a team of high-level B2B sales professionals.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape market expansion and employer sector strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with healthcare consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Design scalable operating models and champion the adoption of AI-enabled sales workflows.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer and partner engagements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing B2B employer healthcare sales teams.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Experience selling complex healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market growth.
- Proven success in designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding restricted states).

- Familiarity with value-based care, digital health, or chronic condition management.
- Deep existing relationships with employer benefit leaders, healthcare consultants, and brokers.
- Experience scaling teams and market presence in a high-growth organization.
