TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Medtech): Driving revenue growth within large enterprise and national organizations by identifying and closing decentralized sales opportunities for connected AED systems with an accent on full-cycle sales management. Focus on building relationships with key decision-makers, executing account strategies, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Must reside in the US and be willing to travel throughout the country (~30% travel)

Compensation: $150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within national organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution and deployment.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to uncover decentralized purchasing opportunities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive acquisition and expansion.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations and presentations.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the US
  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling into mid-market, corporate, enterprise, or national account customers.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
