Salary: $80,000–$350,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals with provider groups and health systems.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through email, warm handoffs, and industry conferences.
- Conduct outreach, lead product demos, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer data within the CRM throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other AEs to align on outreach and closing strategies.
- Relay market insights and customer feedback to product teams to refine offerings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in healthcare SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Attio, Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales tools (Zoominfo, Clay).
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in the USA
