Salary: $80,000–$350,000 OTE + Equity

hirify.global is a healthcare SaaS platform that partners with provider groups and specialty clinics to optimize patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and longitudinal care.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals with provider groups and health systems.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through email, warm handoffs, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct outreach, lead product demos, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer data within the CRM throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other AEs to align on outreach and closing strategies.
  • Relay market insights and customer feedback to product teams to refine offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in healthcare SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Attio, Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales tools (Zoominfo, Clay).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in the USA
