What you will do

• Manage inbound business development inquiries and serve as first contact for prospective clients.
• Coordinate and draft business proposals, including case studies and tailored content.
• Lead project management for complex RFPs, including timelines, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support business development operations via CRM management and prospect tracking.
• Oversee marketing project execution such as content calendars, newsletters, and social media initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• 3–5 years experience in project management, production, marketing operations, or business development support.
• Experience in agency environment preferred.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) required.
