What you will do

• Test and validate new features before launch (UAT).
• Configure CRM, telephony, WhatsApp, and email tools.
• Support product launches and ensure adoption.
• Create guides, manuals, checklists, and training materials.
• Provide operational training and resolve team queries.
• Manage incidents and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Madrid office
• 1–3 years experience in operations, technical support, enablement, or implementation.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, or Hubspot.
• Experience in multichannel/contact center platforms.
• Basic knowledge of workflows, rules, and UAT/QA processes.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear language.
