What you will do

• Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate collaboration across cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.
• Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes to drive resolutions.
• Improve operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Agency experience is required.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
