What you will do

• Lead operational initiatives for client-delivery teams to create repeatable and scalable ways of working.
• Design and implement cross-functional workflows, SOPs, and accountability structures to resolve handoff gaps.
• Own the quality of the sales-to-services handoff and govern the client onboarding/offboarding lifecycle.
• Oversee the governance and accuracy of core platforms including ClickUp and Salesforce.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve quality, efficiency, and team capacity.
• Manage and develop the Operations Manager, setting priorities and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, client services, or project management.
• Meaningful experience within a marketing agency or professional-services organization.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Must be based in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas.
• Proven track record of developing SOPs, playbooks, and leading change management.
• Practical experience designing AI-enabled workflows or business automations.
