What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction of technology solutions, aligning them with business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and strategic partners on MarTech trends and best practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of complex marketing technology solutions ensuring industry best practices.
• Drive new business development by leading presentations, developing proposals, and contributing to RFIs/RFPs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors including Adobe, Salesforce, and Braze.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the Solution Consulting team to foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of senior leadership in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or customer success management.
• Strong foundation in core marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Braze.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of captivating executive-level audiences.
• Experience in direct new business development and business expansion.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in London, UK.
