What you will do

• Manage inbound business development inquiries and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
• Coordinate and draft business proposals, including RFPs, case studies, and client-facing presentations.
• Lead project management for new business initiatives, including budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and submission logistics.
• Oversee marketing project execution, including content calendars, newsletters, and social media initiatives.
• Manage CRM operations and drive process improvements to optimize sales and marketing workflows.
• Coordinate logistics for PR activities, industry awards, and media requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Proven experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, and pitch processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
