What you will do

• Define and execute marketing activities, including campaigns, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
• Own calendars, timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure deliverables are met.
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership to align initiatives and track milestones.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Create collateral, presentations, and case studies to support go-to-market efforts.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape.

• Experience in adtech, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
