TL;DR

Senior CRM & Lifecycle Lead (Marketing): Designing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer retention and engagement with an accent on automated campaigns and data-driven experimentation. Focus on building scalable processes using AI-powered workflows to increase customer lifetime value.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK)

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
  • Design and optimise automated campaigns across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and in-product experiences.
  • Build and execute rapid testing programmes to improve conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows and automation to increase efficiency and scale operations.
  • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing within a consumer-focused business.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
