Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum

What you will do
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
- Design and optimise automated campaigns across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and in-product experiences.
- Build and execute rapid testing programmes to improve conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Implement AI-powered workflows and automation to increase efficiency and scale operations.
- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing within a consumer-focused business.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
