What you will do

• Define the category and establish the narrative to communicate the company's value proposition at scale.
• Build awareness programs targeting industry associations, peer networks, and channel partner ecosystems.
• Develop and run the GTM system to populate the CRM and convert warm engagement into sales opportunities.
• Lead and scale the marketing function, starting with a marketing associate and building out the team.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP of Sales to refine the category and growth programs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, including ownership of product marketing and/or brand at an early-stage company.
• Proficiency with GTM technology, AI tools, and data analysis.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and operate as a player-coach.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York or Boston (in-office Mon-Thu).
