What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between Initiative Leads and the marketing team to ensure strategic alignment.
• Translate subject-matter insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for the production team.
• Orchestrate 6–12 month multi-channel communications plans across digital, social, PR, and physical activations.
• Manage team workload, quarterly scoping, and prioritization to ensure SLA delivery.
• Systematize marketing processes, including JIRA adoption and AI-native workflows.
• Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and budget transparency across all impact projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, studio management, or senior account strategy.
• Proven ability to design and orchestrate full-funnel, multi-channel marketing plans.
• Strong operational background in building processes and managing complex project pipelines.
• Experience in diplomatic stakeholder management and influencing without authority.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and scalable distribution.
• Must be based in Spain to support the hybrid work model in Barcelona.
