What you will do

• Lead BIM/VDC execution from pursuit and preconstruction through construction and closeout, including BIM Execution Plans and deliverable schedules.
• Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals.
• Establish QA/QC protocols for models and coordination milestones to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, contractors, and design partners to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards, templates, and workflows across projects and offices.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BIM/VDC coordinators, specialists, and modelers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in BIM, VDC, or digital project delivery.
• 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Forma.
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans and clash detection workflows.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, commercial, higher education, or infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D integration, digital twins, laser scanning, or prefabrication workflows.
• Familiarity with Power BI, automation, scripting, or model-based analytics.
• Professional certifications such as CM-BIM, PMP, DBIA, LEED AP, or Autodesk certification.
