What you will do

• Manage team meeting schedules, perform scribe duties, and maintain action lists and organizational charts.
• Develop communication plans, status updates, and documentation for leadership and peers.
• Organize team repositories and maintain version control for all project deliverables.
• Track and report on workstreams while performing data collection and investigation.
• Support Engineering Program Management (EPM) initiatives across construction, engineering, and technology workstreams.
• Implement AI-enabled productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to optimize reporting and workflow coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering, and/or construction teams.
• Proficiency in G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, and ACC.
• Basic knowledge of data center engineering or construction.
• Working knowledge of LEAN tools such as Kanban, Gemba, and Pull Planning.
• Ability to work with a remote team across multiple time zones.
• Baseline familiarity with enterprise AI solutions for productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction change management, operational transformation, or digital adoption.
• Background in the Technology or Customer Service industries.
• Experience with systems like Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma.
