What you will do

• Provide direct program support to the Navy N9 office regarding unaccompanied housing and barracks planning and execution.
• Conduct assessments of facility conditions, utilization, and compliance with housing standards.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with Navy leadership and installation personnel to advance program objectives.
• Research and apply Title 10 authorities to develop recommendations for housing initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and presentation materials communicating risks and priorities.
• Manage monthly project reporting, tracking deliverables, and ensuring budget objectives are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Norfolk, VA; Jacksonville, FL; or San Diego, CA.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management supporting military housing, facilities planning, or federal infrastructure programs.
• Excellent formal writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze complex facility data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the work month.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense (DoD) clients.
• Experience with policy analysis and program metrics for federal clients.
