What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project outcomes.
• Prepare regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Analyze project data and metrics to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Work in complex and ambiguous environments to drive project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2 to 5 years of technical project management experience in software implementation and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to advise clients in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to various team styles.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
• Background in construction, real estate, or technology consulting.
• Experience working with complex business organizations.
