What you will do

• Develop and update detailed project schedules from master to Level 4 across all lifecycle phases.
• Integrate internal schedules with EPCM contractor timelines and facilitate interactive planning sessions.
• Analyze schedule performance against baselines to identify critical paths, constraints, and acceleration opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including schedule variance and lookahead schedules.
• Support risk management by assessing schedule impacts and developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align schedules with financial forecasts and cash flow projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in project scheduling within construction, pharmaceutical, energy, or large capital project environments.
• Must be able to work onsite at client sites to enable delivery and relationship cultivation.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), cost/schedule integration, and risk analysis.
