What you will do

• Lead, create, and complete responses to RFQs, SOQs, RFPs, and RFIs from inception to submission.
• Coordinate multiple proposals and tasks with overlapping deadlines across different time zones.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and writing templates for all pursuits within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and refine proposal content.
• Contribute to pre-proposal activities, including targeted marketing and public relations campaigns.
• Identify and implement improvements in departmental efficiency and pursuit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients.
• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (as indicated by state-specific compensation and EEO laws).

• Expertise in developing qualifications, complex proposals, and presentations.
• Basic understanding of database management technical skills.
• Demonstrated graphic design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
