Salary: $126,000 — $172,700 USD / $108,000 — $148,500 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and manage scalable engagement models to unify teams, telemetry, and tools to drive customer lifetime value.
- Design end-to-end lifecycle playbooks for accelerated onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Integrate value metrics and storytelling across all customer touchpoints to highlight ROI and differentiation.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to ensure consistent, value-driven GTM messaging.
- Analyze customer and market insights to inform product roadmap prioritization and strategy optimization.
- Measure success through adoption growth, retention gains, and expansion pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven success driving post-sale engagement, adoption, and expansion programs.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value narratives.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset for strategy optimization and performance measurement.
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity domain is highly preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.
