What you will do

• Develop and manage scalable engagement models to unify teams, telemetry, and tools to drive customer lifetime value.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle playbooks for accelerated onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Integrate value metrics and storytelling across all customer touchpoints to highlight ROI and differentiation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to ensure consistent, value-driven GTM messaging.
• Analyze customer and market insights to inform product roadmap prioritization and strategy optimization.
• Measure success through adoption growth, retention gains, and expansion pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
• Proven success driving post-sale engagement, adoption, and expansion programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value narratives.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset for strategy optimization and performance measurement.
• Experience in the technology or cybersecurity domain is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.
