What you will do

  • Own enterprise marketing pipeline generation goals through comprehensive campaign strategy and audience development.
  • Partner with Solution Marketing to define ICPs, target customers, and demand hypotheses.
  • Build full-funnel demand generation campaigns leveraging AI tools for segmentation and creative personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Performance, Growth Web, and Sales to execute omni-channel programs.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights.
  • Develop and run AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and amplify creative output.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue impact.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buying committees.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR and pipeline generation.
  • Experience using AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation while preserving brand voice.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives for new product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on experimentation and strategic judgment.
