What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end growth marketing strategy for the SaaS Manager product, from validation to scale.
  • Create demand and generate pipeline through multi-channel campaigns and repeatable growth loops.
  • Build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate research and content iteration.
  • Partner with Product, PMM, and Sales to define ICP, target customers, and market narratives.
  • Track and report on B2B SaaS metrics including ARR, pipeline generation, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline outcomes end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to bring new products or capabilities to market.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and B2B SaaS growth metrics.
  • Must be based in EST.
