What you will do

• Manage daily operations of social media channels including content planning, publishing, and community management.
• Collaborate with studio, design, brand, PR, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality, compliant content delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to inform and optimize future strategies.
• Liaise with influencer and creator networks to elevate content production standards.
• Manage social media campaigns and paid media initiatives in partnership with the Media team.
• Support employee engagement and foster a culture of collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in a social media role, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance considerations in social media marketing.
