What you will do

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including content planning, publishing, and community management.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand, PR, and Compliance teams to ensure integrated, best-in-market strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance to optimize engagement and outcomes.
• Manage social media campaigns and paid media initiatives in collaboration with the Media team.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
• Proven experience in a social media management role, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance considerations in social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
