What you will do

  • Lead marketing for the Hot Wheels Showcase App, aligning product, growth, CRM, and brand teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns for feature launches, content moments, and subscription growth.
  • Establish marketing goals and success metrics to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage the app marketing calendar and optimize lifecycle programs via email and push notifications.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to extend app visibility through social, influencer, and live event activations.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital, growth, or app marketing (5+ years with an MBA).
  • Proven experience driving growth, conversion, and retention for mobile apps, subscription products, or gaming experiences.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, including acquisition, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Strong CRM expertise, including lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and messaging strategy.
  • Ability to develop high-quality creative briefs, marketing copy, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Singular, Google Analytics, Firebase, or mobile measurement partners.
