TL;DR

Senior Marketing Manager: Own end-to-end execution of major regional sports marketing campaigns with an accent on multi-channel performance optimization and data-driven go-to-market strategy. Focus on scaling local market creative, building partnerships, and delivering measurable growth across paid, owned, and earned media while managing direct reports.

Location: Hybrid — based mostly on site from our New York office

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end campaign delivery from brief through post-campaign analysis
  • Adapt central creative and media planning for local US markets to maintain cultural relevance
  • Represent hirify.global locally by building relationships with teams, leagues, and media partners
  • Identify and activate partnerships across media, talent, social, and influencer channels
  • Continuously optimize channel efficiency, audience targeting, and ROI using performance data
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, insights, product, and commercial teams globally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated growth marketing (ideally in sports, media, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses)
  • Proven track record managing budgets and holistic integrated marketing programs
  • Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge: paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social platforms
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into actionable improvements
  • Experience delivering measurable results across acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including managing direct reports and external agency partners
