Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a team of 12 SDRs, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement coaching programs to unlock individual potential and improve sales skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine lead generation strategies and improve ROI.
  • Drive innovation within the SDR function by experimenting with new methodologies and processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-potential talent to build a high-performing team culture.
  • Present performance updates and strategic plans to senior stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work from the Manchester office 3 days per week.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, delivering targets, and overseeing change projects.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build productive cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and goal setting.
