Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic + £15,000–£17,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

• Prospect into core and emerging markets through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Build and execute outreach campaigns in collaboration with the SDR Manager and marketing.
• Qualify leads via discovery calls and hand them over to Account Executives.
• Attend industry events to generate new business opportunities.
• Track performance data and continuously iterate on outreach strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role.
• Background in SaaS or cybersecurity is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
• Proven experience in cold outreach and strong communication skills.
• Resilient, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
