TL;DR

Customer Success Director (Cybersecurity): Managing long-term relationships with Enterprise customers to ensure product adoption and revenue growth with an accent on account strategy, value articulation, and churn prevention. Location: Remote or Hybrid (Austin, Texas). Must be based in the USA or UK.

Salary: $106,000 – $138,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with Enterprise customers and internal cross-functional teams to maximize success.
  • Co-create and execute account plans to track customer opportunities, activities, and projects.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring usage, renewals, post-sales success, and new product adoption.
  • Forecast and achieve revenue goals by identifying upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Articulate value propositions through customer presentations to generate excitement and engagement.
  • Proactively drive solutions to exceed customer satisfaction and report status to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience in a strategic customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management within a SaaS company.
  • Must be based in the USA or UK.
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
  • BA/BS or undergraduate degree.
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft business suites.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk.
  • Background in Cybersecurity and Account Takeover (ATO) prevention.
