Location: Remote/Hybrid within the UK; must be able to travel regularly within the assigned district

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives for the district.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments to ensure growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Personally engage with key prospects and decision-makers to assist in closing strategic deals.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and ensure adherence to all established sales processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of above-quota sales experience within the technology and Public Sector industry.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with a strong network of decision-makers in the relevant district.
  • Experience managing multi-product solutions and negotiating complex deals.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.
  • Must have existing work authorization for the UK; immigration sponsorship is not provided.
