hirify.global is a Series C startup building an AI-native platform to protect organizations from phishing, impersonation, and AI-powered threats.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA sales organization across Enterprise and Commercial segments.
  • Own and exceed regional revenue targets through rigorous pipeline inspection and forecasting.
  • Define and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy, identifying priority countries and verticals.
  • Recruit and retain top-performing sales talent to scale the regional business.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to represent the voice of the EMEA customer.
  • Build repeatable regional playbooks to establish the company brand and presence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience with significant leadership responsibility in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling sales teams across EMEA.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and operational rigor.
  • Experience hiring and developing high-performing sales leaders and account executives.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region with a strong network in the local security ecosystem.
  • Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience building an EMEA business from early-stage traction to scale.
  • Deep expertise in threat intelligence, fraud prevention, or adjacent security markets.
  • Familiarity with channel, alliance, and partner-influenced go-to-market motions.
  • Experience working in venture-backed, fast-scaling environments.
