What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design and develop high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction and resource management while executing key data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
• Analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, and timelines as the primary point of contact.
• Optimize data processes and utilize coding to improve data handling and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in pharma or life sciences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without employer sponsorship.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, data management, and BI reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
