Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) — contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

What you will do

  • Define and prioritize a portfolio of high-impact A/B tests aligned with business goals across product, editorial, and marketing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear, testable hypotheses.
  • Design end-to-end experiments, including success metrics, test structure, segmentation, and measurement approach.
  • Create and maintain a structured repository of experiment results, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Establish organizational best practices for experiment design, execution, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to embed experimentation into core workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in experimentation, product analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms, specifically Amplitude or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses.
  • Experience with Adobe/Google Analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Omni.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York office on a hybrid basis.
