What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Design and implement robust system solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and system design documents.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts while managing projects to ensure strategic alignment.
• Perform data analysis and report development to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, Agile, and SDLC.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matrix or other MLS products.
• Background in the real estate or adjacent industries.
