What you will do

• Manage and update the customer CAFM system daily to ensure accurate and timely client updates.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the UK Service Sales Manager.
• Record all job updates, quotes, worksheets, and documentation with high precision.
• Liaise with internal operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely completion of contract requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients to handle queries and resolve issues.
• Collate reports on account performance, sales data, and client activity.

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience, preferably within a technical, engineering, or service-led environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and managing large volumes of information.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
