What you will do

• Source and recruit creators aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Manage product seeding, creator communication, and posting compliance.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including GMV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
• Contribute to creative briefs, hook development, and content iteration paths.
• Support live shopping operations, including show prep and real-time KPI monitoring.
• Maintain tracking dashboards and provide actionable insights for internal and client discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, or e-commerce.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and short-form content ecosystems.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to manage creator workflows.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and performance dashboards.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and performance-minded.
