What you will do
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta.
- Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap for creative, landing pages, and audiences to compound performance gains.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights that inform campaign decisions and broader growth strategy.
- Own weekly performance reporting to guide decisions on budget, channel mix, and creative direction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in B2C, fintech, or DTC companies.
- Proven track record of personally managing significant paid budgets at scale.
- Expertise in navigating and structuring Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts independently.
- Funnel-first mindset with an understanding of how upstream decisions affect lead quality and downstream conversion.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and lookups to extract stories from messy data.
- Must be based in New York City or be able to relocate to the area.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or lead generation.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, GA4, BigQuery, or Metabase.
- Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
