What you will do

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads for a portfolio of clients.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives to maximize client ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy and landing pages to drive targeted traffic.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to align search marketing strategies with overall client objectives.
  • Develop advanced reporting dashboards by extracting and manipulating data from a PostgreSQL database.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in performance or search marketing.
  • Advanced understanding of SEM and PPC advertising, with proven expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to use Looker Studio or Tableau as reporting tools.
  • Ability to query databases using MySQL.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of multiple clients.
  • Google Ads Certification.
