What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives focused on net new logo acquisition.
  • Own and deliver the regional new logo ARR target while maintaining a healthy 4x pipeline coverage.
  • Drive the execution of structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Solutions Engineering to maximize pipeline generation.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and analyze sales productivity metrics via Salesforce and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of winning net new enterprise logos (5,000+ employees).
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders (CISO, CTO, VP of Engineering).
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, application security, or DevSecOps markets.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA market.
