What you will do

• Manage and process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Review and approve sales deals for compliance with company policies and regional requirements including GDPR and VAT.
• Coordinate with Finance and Provisioning teams for accurate billing and multi-currency handling.
• Collaborate with Legal using AI tools to manage contract reviews, routing, and approvals.
• Maintain CRM records and assist in the development of process efficiency strategies.
• Own and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs) for the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order Management, or Deal Desk roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Quote-to-Cash tools.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
