Production Engineer (PCBA)

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing teams.
• Investigate and resolve recurring quality, process, and downtime issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and structured problem-solving activities, including RCA and 8D.
• Support new product introduction and the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, BOMs, routings, test specifications, limits, and software.
• Improve PCBA test performance and yield while coordinating with suppliers, test equipment providers, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Background or qualifications in manufacturing or production engineering with a strong electronics focus.
• Proven PCBA manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of electronic test systems and data analysis.
• Experience managing change and leading continuous improvement activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand is highly desirable; knowledge of WATS or similar tools is beneficial.
