What you will do
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement permanent countermeasures.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and products.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Generate, execute, and approve change-validation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Media Engineering Team.
Requirements
- Previous experience with manufacturing processes and practices.
- Degree-level qualification in an engineering-related subject.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, preferably including Six Sigma.
- Practical experience with TPM/PPM culture and OEE improvement.
- Ability to work as a team player and drive improvements and positive change.
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial electronics and control systems.
- Experience with web-handling systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.
