• Work directly with the Head of Business Development and Go-to-Market to build a startup-like GTM function.
• Integrate AI seriously into commercial, ops, and tech workflows to accelerate growth.
• Solve real-world commercial problems within a unicorn company with €75M ARR.
• Ship fast, experiment with unconventional commercial strategies, and iterate based on results.
• Develop a high-impact project or function with the goal of eventually building your own venture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (mostly in-person).
• Practical experience building with AI tools and implementing them in workflows.
• A proven track record of shipping a project or product you are proud of.
• Strong, non-consensus opinions on the future of AI in commercial and operational teams.
• High energy and a drive to solve real problems without needing a traditional career ladder.
