What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts focusing on retention, renewal execution, and revenue growth.
- Execute the renewal lifecycle 90–120 days prior to expiration to mitigate churn risk and reinforce product value.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and position appropriate software solutions.
- Drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate customer feedback into functional specifications for new product development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kennesaw, GA
- BS/BA degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles.
- Proven experience in making professional presentations and using consultative sales methodologies.
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales retention or account management specifically responsible for renewing existing revenue.
- Background in selling cloud-based or on-premise software solutions.
- Formalized sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, The Challenger Sales Module).
- Understanding of Tax Research and Auditing workflows.
