Lead Instructional Designer Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, align expectations, resolve competing priorities, and secure business leadership buy-in.
• Oversee the learning project pipeline, allocate resources, and maintain quality, brand, compliance, and deadline standards.
• Design scalable eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, video, and simulation solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, define business requirements, and create measurable learning objectives.
• Manage LMS deployment, tracking, reporting, content maintenance, and continuous improvement in collaboration with SMEs, legal, compliance, and facilitators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing instructional designers or learning professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, strategic execution, and autonomous project planning skills.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design models including ADDIE and SAM, and adult learning theory.
• Active Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, especially Storyline and Rise.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience, including 2+ years in corporate or financial services.
• Financial services, fintech, contact center, Agile project management, or WCAG accessibility experience.
